Residential Roofing, Commercial Projects and Regional Coverage Create Different Customer Questions. IMS Organized New Era Roofing's Website Around Those Decisions, Connecting Service Information and West Central Florida Coverage with a Clear Route to an Estimate Request.
Current public website. Roofing services, coverage and estimate routes are available; the Projects gallery is marked Coming Soon.

01 / The project
New Era Roofing serves residential and commercial roofing customers across Tampa Bay and West Central Florida. The website presents roofing repairs, replacements, metal and tile roofing, inspections and storm-related work.
For a contractor serving multiple communities, visitors need two answers before making an inquiry: whether the company handles their roofing need and whether it serves their location. The site separates those questions into service and geographic navigation.
02 / The project
The website needed to give homeowners and commercial customers distinct routes to relevant roofing information, explain regional coverage and keep contact options close to the content that prompts an inquiry.
03 / The project
The presentation organizes decisions around property type, roofing needs and location. Residential and commercial service routes lead into more specific information, while county-based service-area navigation and a regional coverage map explain where the business works.
Roofing imagery and clear service choices establish the subject quickly. Company information and financing navigation support the wider customer journey. Contact and free-estimate links give visitors a next step after they find a relevant service.
04 / The project
New Era's county-based navigation and coverage map demonstrate the organizing principle behind Service Area Hub Development: geographic coverage should be an understandable part of the website, connected with the services customers need.
A useful hub is more than a list of city names. Location pages need a purpose: explain relevant services, actual coverage and the next step for a customer in that market. Where local project evidence is available, it should support the page rather than be implied or invented.
This differs from copying the same sales page and changing only a city name. The value comes from meaningful content, clear service/location relationships and internal links that help people navigate. The county navigation and coverage map give that regional structure a visible place in the customer experience.
05 / The project
Separating roofing services from county coverage makes the site's subjects easier to understand. A visitor can start with a service need or a location, then follow the navigation toward relevant information and an estimate route.
The county-based organization provides a regional framework for Tampa Bay and West Central Florida. City-level content can extend that framework where it answers a distinct local question. Clear headings and descriptive internal links help connect location information with the services a visitor is exploring.
06 / The project
Visible phone and free-estimate links connect service discovery with direct contact. The desktop layout gives roofing services and regional coverage room to breathe; the mobile presentation keeps the business identity, service choices and inquiry routes in a compact sequence.
The screenshots show how the actual website presents those choices on desktop and mobile, keeping roofing information close to the next step in an inquiry.
07 / The project
The current public website presents roofing services, regional coverage and estimate routes as a connected experience. Its Projects navigation is marked Coming Soon, so this case study does not describe that planned gallery as delivered.
The work brings website design, responsive presentation, service architecture and local coverage into a coordinated contractor website.
