Web Design & Redesign
Custom websites and professional redesigns built around your business, customers, and search visibility.
CUSTOM WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT
Make Your Coverage Clear. Give Customers Useful Local Information. Connect Your Location Pages to the Services and Inquiry Forms They Need.
Innovative Marketing Solutions Develops Service Area Hubs for Businesses That Serve More Than One Community. We Plan the Page Structure, Build the WordPress Templates, Adapt the Content and Connect the Pages to the Rest of Your Website.
Every project is scoped and quoted individually.

Coverage with a purpose
A service area hub is an organized section of your website. The main directory introduces your coverage. Regional or county pages group related communities. Individual location pages answer the questions that matter in each market.
The structure should match the business. A contractor covering one county may need a small group of focused pages. A regional company may need a larger directory with different services or inquiry requirements across its territory.
We do not start by trying to fill a page quota. We start with where you work, what you offer and what customers need to know before contacting you.
Structure, content and connection
Define the locations you actually serve, prioritize the important markets and map the connections between your services, regional guides and local pages. Existing pages with useful content are reviewed before new URLs are added.
Build reusable hub and location-page layouts that fit your website. A consistent editing structure makes it easier to maintain descriptions, links and service information without rebuilding each page.
Adapt the content around real coverage, relevant services and practical customer questions. Include genuine project examples or local details when the business can support them. Reusable templates are not an excuse to publish the same paragraph with a different town name.
Plan titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, structured service and geographic information, and sitemap inclusion. Connect pages with useful internal links so visitors can move between the directory, services and related communities. Visible breadcrumbs are optional.
Connect location content to phone links and the existing quote or contact form. Where agreed, pass the chosen service or location into the inquiry so your team has context. Building a new customer relationship management (CRM) application is a separate project.
Check desktop and mobile layouts, directory navigation, link destinations and the agreed inquiry paths. Review crawl findings and explain any intentional exclusions or remaining third-party actions before handoff.
IMS-owned implementation
The IMS directory contains 168 published geographic pages: one main hub, two state directories, 69 county pages and 96 community pages.
Start with Florida, choose Hillsborough County and open Tampa. From there, review an IMS service, a real client project and an estimate route. The main hub also demonstrates an illustrative website-to-CRM workflow and a guided demo request.
The directory provides service and location context for inquiries. It does not create a live CRM integration or establish an office in each location. Page count is not a promise of search rankings, traffic or leads.
CUSTOM PROJECT SCOPE
Every Service Area Hub is scoped individually after reviewing your current website, actual service territory, content requirements, integrations and technical needs. IMS quotes the project based on the work required, not a preset package or per-page formula.
A focused structure for one primary market or a smaller group of communities. The final page inventory and content scope are based on the coverage your business actually needs.
A broader structure for businesses serving multiple counties, metro areas or connected markets, with navigation and content organized around real service coverage.
A coordinated directory for businesses serving a larger geographic footprint across multiple regions or states, with scope defined after reviewing the website, content and technical requirements.
Your written proposal is based on the website you already have, the markets you actually serve, the content work required, integrations, review needs and the technical scope of the build.
Hosting, a full website redesign, new CRM software, third-party subscriptions, advertising and ongoing SEO campaigns are separate unless expressly included in the proposal.
From scope to handoff
Review the current website, actual service territory, existing location content and business priorities.
Agree on the page inventory and review representative layouts and content before expanding the system.
Develop the templates, create the agreed pages and connect the directory, services, project examples and inquiry paths.
Check the finished implementation, resolve confirmed defects and provide an agreed handoff. Search-engine discovery and indexing continue after publication and are not guaranteed by launch.
Useful, accessible content
Clear content and crawlable links give people and search engines a usable path through your website. We also check the technical signals that describe the pages and identify their preferred URLs.
There is no separate promise of AI placement. Google's AI search guidance says established SEO practices remain relevant to AI Overviews and AI Mode; no special AI markup is required. A hub should explain the business accurately rather than manufacture location claims for a search engine.
Planning your hub
Often, yes. We first check the WordPress theme, existing page structure and content. A healthy site may only need the new section. A full redesign is a separate recommendation and quote, not an automatic requirement.
No. The right inventory depends on genuine coverage and useful content. Some communities may belong on a stronger regional page. We do not create pages simply to reach a package limit.
Not unless you operate real locations there. Service-area pages describe markets you serve. They do not establish branch offices, local addresses or separate Google Business Profiles.
No. Search engines and AI services decide which content to surface. The work covers the website structure, content and technical implementation, not guaranteed rankings, indexing or recommendations.
No. A recurring SEO campaign is separate from development. Your normal website hosting and maintenance still apply. Optional ongoing work can cover content updates, monitoring and further improvements.
No. The agreed build can connect to existing inquiry forms or an approved integration. A new CRM platform, workflow automation or third-party system requires its own scope.
Bring your current website and a list of the areas you actually serve. We will review the coverage, identify the right starting scope and outline the work before development begins.
