These terms cover your use of imswebworks.com, the public website of Innovative Marketing Solutions. They are separate from individual client service contracts and project agreements.
Website information and quote requests
You can browse IMS services, project examples and articles, or contact IMS to discuss a project. Submitting an inquiry requests a conversation or quote. It does not place an order, authorize payment or create a project agreement.
The advertised $799 starting offer applies to an entry-level five-page business website with foundational SEO. Larger websites, e-commerce and custom software are quoted separately. IMS confirms the scope and price for an individual project in its proposal or agreement.
Responsible website use
Provide accurate contact information when requesting a quote. Do not send spam, malicious files or unlawful material through the website. Do not attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, bypass form security or disrupt the website.
Public inquiry forms are intended for project discussions. Do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records through them.
Project examples and outside links
Portfolio entries and case studies describe the projects shown. Customer reviews describe those customers’ experiences. They do not promise the same outcome for another project.
The website links to client websites, review platforms, social networks and a separate Client Portal. Those services have their own terms and account requirements. Public access to an IMS project example does not grant permission to copy a client’s logo, photography or other materials.
Client project agreements
Project scope, payment schedules, delivery dates, support and rights to project materials belong in the applicable client agreement. This website-use page does not set or replace those terms.
