What Does Website Management Cover?
Website Management covers the routine care agreed for your existing website. Before billing begins, IMS reviews the site, access requirements and available tools, then confirms the tasks, schedule and small-content-change allowance in your written service scope.
You can choose this service independently of a new website project. Purchasing a website does not require a monthly management plan, and you can manage your site yourself.
Routine Care
What Is Included in the Agreed Scope?
The following routine tasks are reviewed for your website. Their availability and schedule depend on the platform, access and tools in place. The written service scope confirms what your plan includes.
Website Update Checks
Review the website software and dependencies that need routine attention. For WordPress sites, agree the applicable core, theme and plugin updates and checks after an update.
Basic Security and Backup Checks
Review basic security indicators and verify backups where a backup system is configured. Recovery work and specialist incident response require a separate assessment.
Forms, Links and Availability
Check contact-form behavior and broken links. Basic uptime monitoring applies where monitoring is configured. Any delivery test and recipient are agreed in advance.
Small Content Changes and Routine Support
The allowance for small content changes is defined in each written service scope before billing begins. Routine support covers questions and issues within that scope. Additional work is estimated separately.
Custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
For custom sites, review relevant code dependencies, PHP compatibility, forms and hosting changes. Functional changes and custom programming require their own scope.

What Is Excluded?
The monthly plan does not automatically include unlimited edits, 24/7 support, new website pages, custom programming, premium licenses, hosting or ongoing SEO.
Redesigns, new integrations, e-commerce changes, membership functions, CRM development and recovery from major technical incidents need a separate assessment and estimate. IMS confirms additional work before it begins.
