Plan the Work Before Setting the Price.

The five-page scope can include Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Gallery, and Contact. Additional pages and features need a larger quote. E-commerce, large redesigns, ongoing SEO, custom software and Service Area Hub Development are quoted separately.

Create a permission and evidence record

For each candidate project, identify the service, the work the business actually performed and the source of the images. Confirm which location details and customer wording may be published. Keep an approved quotation separate from a staff-written project summary. Do not make an anonymized example appear to be a named local endorsement.

Scope the website around usable material

Bring IMS a small set of approved examples and list anything still awaiting confirmation. A project page can explain scope and deliverables without a testimonial. Plan captions, image alternatives and links to the relevant service so the evidence helps the visitor evaluate the offer. If permission changes later, identify who can update the page and which related images or quotations also need review.

Does a service website need a customer testimonial for every project?

No. A factual, approved account of the work can be useful on its own. Publish customer statements only when their wording, context and permission are established.

Geography and local context: Florida Department of State — City County List; U.S. Census Bureau — Florida census-designated places, January 2025. These sources support the location context; project recommendations are IMS planning guidance.
