The five-page scope can include Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Gallery, and Contact. Additional pages and features need a larger quote. E-commerce, large redesigns, ongoing SEO, custom software and Service Area Hub Development are quoted separately.

Ask what the business receives at completion

Request a list of the deliverables included in each proposal: approved content, original media supplied by the business, relevant account responsibilities and instructions for routine work. Identify who controls the domain, hosting and other services involved. A provider may manage some of them, but the arrangement should be explicit enough for the owner to understand how future help is requested.

Test the handover with someone outside the project

Choose a staff member who did not attend the design discussions and give them the proposed handover guide. Can they identify the current service contact, locate an approved asset and understand which changes need provider assistance? Ask the provider how missing information will be corrected before completion. A useful handover describes the delivered arrangement; it should not assume access, exports or support terms that were never included.

Make a compact footprint easy to navigate

The state directory identifies Mayo as the county's town and Day as a community. That does not call for a large geography menu. A concise coverage explanation can support service pages that answer what is accepted, what the customer should prepare and how the business decides the next step.

Principal communities and coverage context

Use these names to describe your actual service footprint. Community names and municipal boundaries are not interchangeable.

  • Mayo (town)
  • Day (community)

What should a Lafayette owner review besides the finished homepage?

Review the agreed deliverables, account responsibilities, approved asset location and instructions for requesting changes. Confirm that another authorized person can understand the arrangement. Keep private credentials in the business’s appropriate access process rather than a public website document.
